To gain a deeper understanding of your organizational culture and its impact on our workplace dynamics, we are asking you to participate in an Organizational Cultural Climate Assessment. This assessment aims to provide a comprehensive view of your Public Works department culture, identifying its strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Your insights and experiences are invaluable in this process. We encourage you to participate actively and candidly, sharing your thoughts, observations, and suggestions. By doing so, you contribute to a culture of openness and continuous improvement that is at the heart of this organization.

 Throughout this assessment, we will explore various aspects of the Public Works Department culture, from awareness of the organizations core values and communication practices to inclusivity, work-life balance, and problem-solving approaches. There is no right or wrong answer and you are not expected to know every element of your organizations core values. Your feedback will help the organization shape the future direction of the City of Chino Hills and Harbinger Horizon LLC in our development of a Team Building & Communication course that you will participate in later this year. In part, this survey will help us in fostering a culture that aligns with the organizations mission, promotes collaboration, and empowers every individual to thrive.
