The work of a sworn peace officer (law enforcement) which includes those who hold the title of Police Officer or Deputy Sheriff can be a physically demanding and stressful occupation. Along with these demands are the high stakes of the profession where one asked to risk their life in what would otherwise be a situation any other person would be asked to avoid or escape.
