    Though Del primarily operates within the law enforcement profession and conducts professional development presentations, he has also delved into the world of film production. As an executive producer of four films and a participant in six short films, Del acquired valuable insights into the intricacies of film and video production.     In 2020, when the pandemic brought all in-person presentations to a grinding halt, Harbinger Horizon LLC refused to succumb to the adversity. With relentless determination, Harbinger Horizon LLC established a full-scale production and virtual studio.
