To gain a deeper understanding of the City of Chino Hills workplace culture and its impact on workplace dynamics, we are embarking on an Organizational Cultural Climate Assessment. This assessment aims to provide a comprehensive view of the Public Works Department’s culture, identifying its strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Your insights and experiences are invaluable in this process. We are requesting your anonymous and candid participation, sharing your thoughts, observations, and suggestions. The information collected in this assessment will be analyzed by Delwin Lampkin, Founder of Harbinger Horizon LLC. Throughout this assessment, we will explore various aspects of your Public Works Department culture, from awareness of the organizations core values and communication practices to inclusivity, work-life balance, and problem-solving approaches. Your feedback will help the organization shape the future direction of employee communication and Harbinger Horizon LLC build a Team Building & Communication course scheduled for a future date this year that helps foster a culture that aligns with the organizations mission, promotes collaboration, and helps empower every individual to thrive. Note that no identifying information will be collected in the assessment further ensuring the anonymity of those contributing.
